How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we may not be able to make any changes.

How can I track my order?

Does Chole-Paris offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are always looking to expand our offerings, so stay tuned for future updates!

Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, and our team will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.

What is Chole-Paris’ return policy?
